Swimming Camps

Baby Wolf: The focus of this level is to learn how to blow bubbles, front and back float, kick on front and back with support, and to be able to hang onto the wall. 

Young Wolf: The focus of this level is to learn how to kick on front and back without support, introduction to freestyle and backstroke, rhythmic breathing, and being able to swim 5 yards on their own. 

Gray Wolf: The focus of this level is to learn how to rotary breathe while swimming freestyle, at least 10 yards, backstroke swim for 10 yards or more, introduction to breast kick and dolphin kick, kneeling/standing dives, and treading water! 

Werewolf: The focus of this level is to swim freestyle and backstroke up to 25 yards, learn the breaststroke arms and kick and put them together, introduction to butterfly arms and putting it together with the kick, flip turns, and endurance.
